Research the philosophy and beliefs of the particular school of yoga

Research the philosophy and beliefs of the particular school of yoga ((Ashtanga, Iyengar, Anusara, Bikram, Moksha, Sattva or Acro-yoga.)and write about how the pedagogical choices support or do not support that particular school of yoga’s beliefs.

Topic 1: Go to a yoga class that is based in a particular school of yoga (Ashtanga, Iyengar,
Anusara, Bikram, Moksha, Sattva or Acro-yoga. Not hatha. Also, acro-yoga jams are not
sufficient. It must be a class). Attend at least once, but attending twice may give you more
insight into the teaching practices. Research the philosophy and beliefs of the particular school
of yoga you have chosen and write about how the pedagogical choices (the cueing, how the
class is structured, the use of props, the emphasis of the class) support or do not support that
particular school of yoga’s beliefs. Why might the particular school of yoga you are researching
emphasize particular pedagogical choices? !
