reflecting on practice with others

Section 2: Reflecting on Practice with Others
Reflective practice promotes school-wide success for all stakeholders, including staff, faculty, students, parents, and community members. Reflective practice can lead to empowerment, collective responsibility for student achievement, share values, effective communication, interdependence of operations, positive change, and improved trust and respect. These lofty aims are well within the reach of any organization promoting reflection and personal and professional growth.
