Martin Luther King

In his “Letter from Birmingham Jail” Martin Luther King makes a clear distinction between “just” and “unjust” laws. In a concise, well-supported introductory paragraph discuss how King defines an unjust law. Next, if you can point to any current examples of laws that you believe are unjust, segue into a second paragraph and state your case. In other words, explain why you believe the law is unjust and what needs to be done to have it repealed. Lastly, conclude this two paragraph introduction with a solid thesis statement. If you can’t think of any unjust laws you’d like to see repealed, then conclude the first paragraph with your thesis statement.
