The ability to work with diversity, equality and anti-discrimination issues is one of the continuing challenges in the childcare programs. The child caregivers are entitled to use the resource are authentic and the guidelines as the recipes for offering the opportunities for them to explore the children’s attitudes to diversity and eliminate chance of stereotyping by giving the practical approach of making the initial changes during the early stages of children’s development and the suggestions which help in the development of equality and diversity which when put into practice benefits the children under care (Karmel, 43).
