What point do you think Weiss is trying to get accross by “only carefully crafted relationships will create a breakthrough firm”?
Wiess also states, “if conventional wisdom about consulting were accurate, virtually every could make it as a consultant.” Would you agree with this statement and
if so, why?
Weiss states on page 137,”managing employees is a tremendous drain on your time”. If a business owner were to have a hiring process based on Weiss’s list, why
would employees require so management and drain on your time?
